Family HQ

Privacy policy

Last updated 17 September 2026.

Family HQ is a private household dashboard run by one household for itself. Only Google accounts on its allowlist can sign in; there are no other users, no advertising, and no analytics. This policy explains exactly what it stores and why.

What it collects

Google account access

Family HQ asks for three kinds of access, and nothing more:

Family HQ's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to show you these features in the app. It is never sold, never used for advertising, never used to train any model, and never shared with anyone else.

Where it's stored

Who it's shared with

Nobody. There are no third-party services beyond Google (for sign-in, Calendar, and Drive), MongoDB Atlas (the database), and the app's hosting provider. No advertising networks, no analytics, no data brokers.
