Family HQ
One page for the family calendar, the household to-do list, and the documents you always end up hunting for.
Today and this week, merged
The Google Calendars you choose — family, personal, shared — in one view, colored per calendar, with an invite that lands on two calendars shown once.
Household tasks
Shared tasks everyone in the household sees, private ones only you do. Due dates, assignees, repeats, and a quick-add box that understands “by Fri”.
The documents you reach for
Pin insurance cards, IDs, registration, and the lease from Google Drive for one-tap access, with a heads-up before anything expires.
What Family HQ does with your Google account
- Reads events from the calendars you pick, and busy times from a work calendar shared as free/busy.
- Opens only the Drive files you choose yourself in Google's file picker. It can't see anything else in Drive.
- Never writes to your calendar, and never changes or deletes your files.
- Keeps nothing beyond your tasks, your pinned-file list, and your settings. No ads, no analytics, no third parties.
It's a private app for one household: only accounts on its allowlist can sign in. See the privacy policy for the details.
